Fees and Services

• There are no fees or costs for creating an account on Hanin Web .
• If you are a buyer, you will pay the product purchase fee to have the right to use it .
• If you are a seller, you will receive the fees for selling your products in your Hanin Web account balance without any commission or additional costs .
• All payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway, and there is no direct transaction between us and you .
• The primary currency used on Hanin Web is the US Dollar .
• The buyer is responsible for all currency conversion costs from their currency to the currency used on haneen Web .
• The seller is responsible for all costs related to transferring their earnings to their bank account .
• There are no fees or costs for downloading free products .

Member Information

• Your agreement to become a member of haneen web is your acknowledgment of consenting to provide identification and address verification documents upon request.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide to us, and any harm resulting from any error will be your responsibility alone.
• No person or entity has the right to access or request access to any haneen web member information.

Copyright

If you believe that your digital product has been copied and sold on our platform, infringing your copyright, please provide the following information to our technical support team:

• Your address, phone number, and email address .
• A detailed description of the location of the alleged infringing material .
• A detailed description of the copyright and ownership of the infringed work .
• A statement from you ensuring the accuracy of the information provided .

Important Note

No copyright infringement complaint will be considered if the above four items are not fulfilled.

Amendments to the Privacy Policy

• Haneen Web does not provide any financial product or service as defined in the Companies Act of 2001 .
• Haneen Web is not entitled to manage or trade with your profits. You can request your profits at the beginning of each calendar month
• You are not entitled to a refund for any deposit made through an intermediary or for a canceled purchase. You are only entitled to withdraw your sales profits. The default holding period for your deposited funds on Afascript is 12 months, after which the funds will be confiscated.
• Haneen Web is not obliged to warn you before confiscating funds that have been inactive for 12 months.
• Haneen Web has the right to request proof of identity and address before transferring any funds to you.
• You are not entitled to claim your profits unless they meet the minimum amount of $50, except for international bank transfers where the minimum is $200.
• All your profits and funds may be confiscated if it is proven that you have not reached the legal age of 18. • Haneen Web is not obliged to pay your profits until one day has passed or if an investigation is ongoing on your account.

Account Suspension (Translation)

Haneen Web reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account. Account suspension may occur due to a violation of the account terms or any illegal or inappropriate use of the site's services. You may receive a warning to your registered email address for violating the terms, but this may not always happen. Receiving a warning does not suspend your account or pause your products or articles. However, repeated violations may lead to a permanent account suspension. The seller or writer will be able to withdraw their profits from a suspended account after a period of 6 calendar months from the date the account was suspended. A clear copy of your government-issued ID showing your full name must be sent to us.

Reasons for Account Suspension (Translation)

• Any violation or illegal use of the site's services.
• Advertising, promoting, or marketing any other website.
• Using a stolen PayPal account or using more than one PayPal account
• Requesting or agreeing to any transaction outside of Haneen Web or sharing contact details like email or phone number.
• Responding to any message that contains external contact information or an offer similar to the service or product you provide on Haneen Web through private messages on the site.
• Sending or requesting any contact information outside of the site's messaging system
• Abusing or offending any person inside or outside the site in any form .
• Attempting to scam Afascript or any other person on the site.
• Choosing a country other than the one you reside in
• Repeated violations that do not directly warrant account suspension .
• Registering with a username that is inappropriate, such as a phone number, email address, website URL, offensive, obscene, or sectarian name.
